This action-packed comedy follows a two time criminal (Hooks) who is already in trouble with the law. Threatened with serving a life sentence if he's convicted a third time, he commits to going straight and narrow. It isn't long before trouble finds him once again when an acquaintance of his shoots at a police officer. Mistaken for his accomplice, he must fight for survival while thinking of a way to prove his innocence.
