It has a lot of great performances that contrast the Broadway version. By far Jennifer Holliday's version of "He's No Good" is incredible--she could have won another Tony for that song. Liza's "We Had A Dream" is one of her best I've ever heard her. And the Jack Jones version of "I'm Leaving You" was quite good too. With this CD one gets why they put "The Life" on Broadway. If you get a copy of this, you will be the ENVY of all your friends who appreciate musical theatre.
